2011 Campaign Provides Vital Support

On Tuesday, November 1 the Boys & Girls Club thanked corporations in Baton Rouge who are opening doors to Great Futures through their support of the Boys & Girls Club. At the dinner, donors and sponsors interacted with kids and left with a first-hand glimpse of the enormous impact their support makes on the lives of children in Baton Rouge. Steak & Stake is the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Baton Rouge's largest and most important special event where we ask community members to take a "stake" in the youth of Baton Rouge by supporting the Club.

This event is not your typical special event. At Steak & Stake, six adults share a table with three Club members and spend the evening getting to know each other. All in attendance enjoy outstanding entertainment including a performance from a Club choir, musical entertainment and energetic Club members.
