For the past 14 years, Manda Fine Meats has hosted a golf tournament to benefit the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Baton Rouge's after-school and summer programs in honor of the late John A. Manda, Jr . For more information, click here.

"A Day to BE...":
Remember when you were younger and anything was possible? The Boys & Girls Club strives to empower its members by teaching them that they can be anything they want to be. " A Day to BE…” is a job shadowing program. It is one way to expose members to all the possibilities available to them through hard work and determination.

S.M.A.R.T. Girls Conference:

Smart Girls, a collaboration between the Junior League and the Boys & Girls Club, provides a unique opportunity for female Club members to interact and learn from the members of Junior League.

Passport to Manhood Luncheon:

This symbolic tie exchanging event celebrates the graduation of male Club members from the Passport to Manhood curriculum, a 16-week program that focuses on empowering male Club members to be the best person they can be. This luncheon provides an opportunity for businessman in our community to engage youth and influence the choices they make as a young adult.

Youth of the Year:

Each year, the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Baton Rouge hosts the Louisiana State Youth of the Year selection process. Each Boys & Girls Club organization in Louisiana selects one youth to represent their organization. For more information, click here.
