  • Steak & Stake provides community supporters with the unique experience of dining with Club members and learning about the Club from their perspective. As the Club's largest special event, it is an evening set aside to celebrate and recognize the Club's corporate donors. Money raised through this campaign supports programs for school-age youth which focused on academics, health, and character.

  • Great Futures Gala honors a select group of outstanding young professionals in the Greater Baton Rouge Area. Selected by some of the most prestigious professionals in our area, this class of 14 Great Futures Gala Honorees represents movers and shakers in our community. Great Futures Gala Honorees are young men and women who are on a path to achieving a great future all while giving back and making the world a better place.

  • This symbolic tie exchanging event and luncheon celebrates the graduation of male Club members from the Passport to Manhood curriculum, a 16-week program that focuses on empowering male Club members to be the best person they can be. This luncheon provides an opportunity for businessmen in our community to engage youth and influence the choices they make as a young adult. The luncheon takes place at the Baton Rouge City Club.

  • Celebratory luncheon honoring the Club members who have completed the Club's SMART Girls Program. Business and community female leaders join female Club teens for lunch. The adults present each young woman with a journal. SMART Girls offers young women – ages 8 to 17 – guidance toward healthy attitudes and lifestyles, eating right, staying fit, getting good health care and more. The luncheon takes place at the Baton Rouge City Club.

  • For 20 years, Manda Fine Meats has hosted a golf tournament to benefit the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Baton Rouge's after-school and summer programs in honor of the late John A. Manda, Jr. The 2018 Tournament will take place on Monday, May 8 at the Bluff's Country Club in St. Francisville, Louisiana.

  • Each year, the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Baton Rouge hosts the Louisiana Youth of the Year selection process. Each Boys & Girls Club organization in Louisiana selects one youth to represent their organization. Each state's Youth of the Year goes on to compete at the regional and national levels. One youth will go on to represent Boys & Girls Club nationally for one year.

  • The Club hosts five PB&J Luncheons during its Summer Enrichment Program. Invited guests enjoy a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with our Club members and learn first-hand the impact the Club is making in our community.
